  • How do I book a class?
All classes and class options (Membership/Drop-In) are available for purchase through our website and booking system. Please note, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable to other clients.
  • When do registrations open for classes?
Registrations for classes open 90 days before the event starts, allowing you ample time to secure your spot.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
For all DROP INS/PRIVATES a 12 hour cancellation notice period applies, this will ensure a class credit is added to your account. This credit must be used within 30 days. Failure to provide notice to cancel outwith 12 hours will see the class credit forfeited.
  • When should I arrive for my class?
We recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes before your class starts. There is a waiting area outside the studio where you can relax before your session.
  • What if I am late to class?
Please arrive on time for your class. If you are late to class, you may be refused entry, and no class credit will be given. This ensures that all clients receive the full benefit of the warm-up, class, and the instructor’s expertise and coaching. The doors will close 1 minute after the class start time; if you arrive later than this, you may be refused entry, and no class credit will be given.

Additionally, avoid wearing leggings with zips, which can also cause damage to the equipment. Please do not arrive to class with a large jacket/bag. Each client has access to their own box, this is big enough for shoes, keys and small belongings. There is nowhere to store large puffy jackets and other large items.
